Immerse Manager is the easiest, most flexible and powerful Race Meet Management, Timing and Cloud meet platform there is.
Compatible with legacy databases like Meet Manager and Team Manager, and Timing systems such as Quantum AQ, delivered as an all-in-one package that has ease of use as the main priority. Equipped with Spreadsheet import and exporting makes School meets easy and quick to set up. Fully supporting both Age Group and Year Level meets, this system handles School and Club meets with ease.
How does Immerse Manager get the times?
IM can work with Legacy devices such as Touchpads, Start blocks or Timing Systems such as Quantum AQ using a shared directory. Autocoach devices are fully integrated using our ACS83 wireless transceiver. Autocoach devices such as Wireless timing buttons, stopwatches, Speakers with touchpad interfaces and smart touchpads all are supported. Immerse Manager can even monitor up to 10 athletes using the Autocoach wearable devices and show selected metrics on a scoreboard!
In addition to swimming, Immerse manage has inbuilt Water Polo, Basketball and Diving modes, as well as custom event types supporting Athletics, cross country etc. Along with the Autocoach network of devices, you can share the same system used in daily squad training with timing buttons and touchpads to become the race meet system.
The Immerse Manager purchase price includes 12 Months Support that includes Cloud Meet publishing, 2 hours Live Training (onsite or via zoom) and updates and bug fixes etc. After the 12 months you can renew the support, giving you another 12 months cloud publishing as well as another two hours interactive training (as staff may have changed!)
The system will still work as a fully featured race meet system even if support is not renewed, however cloud meet publishing will no longer be supported.

Live Results – Web and App based
Getting the times and running the meet scoreboard and auto marshalling is one thing, but live results make everyone able to share the excitement and allows athletes to track their progress and more!
We have two ways to support live results – A Website and an mobile device App.
MySwim.live allows anyone to see your meet results and track athlete progress. Some meets customers want to keep private so we support password protected meets often used by Schools and Learn to Swim carnivals.
ImmerseResults is the mobile app and in addition to live results, this can process meet entries as well, making the whole Immerse Sports ecosystem a simple turnkey system.
